Dear authors,

Thank you for submitting the final version of your paper, which has been transferred to ACM for  publication on their digital library.

We probably have received the time table (http://www.laval-virtual.org/?p=28) and the program (http://www.laval-virtual.org/?p=116).
Please do not forget to register for the conference with the "(tell you via email)" code for (http://www.laval-virtual.org/?p=56&l=en).

You will be given a 10 minutes time slot for your presentation (exclude max. 5 minutes for discussion). To facilitate the discussion with the audience, please prepare some slides that support and illustrate your work. Any schemas, photos or videos are welcome. Let me remind you that presentations must be performed in english. The whole conference will be recorded and streamed online.

6-1: TECHTILE toolkit: A prototyping tool for design and education of haptic media (Kouta Minamizawa, Yasuaki Kakehi, Masashi Nakatani, Keio
University, Japan)
6-2: SplashDisplay (Yasushi Matoba, Taro Tokui, Ryo Sato, Toshiki Sato, Hideki Koike, The University of Electro-Communications, Tokyo, Japan)

In order to stay on schedule, I would like (if possible) to project all the presentations from the same computer.
Please send me all your materials by emails before the event or bring them on a usb key on the conference day (I will be in the room from the keynote of Prof. Inami).

I look forward to welcoming you at Laval on March 29th. Let me know if you are planning to arrive later.

Best regards,
